Session Details

Each session is crafted to enhance sleep, alleviate exam stress and anxiety, and boost confidence for exam success.

Each session has 3 main parts:

Over three one-hour online sessions, I’ll delve into the inner workings of the brain to help you understand why anxiety arises (Part 1), empower you to choose goals that align with your aspirations (Part 2), and guide you through a soothing hypnosis experience to induce relaxation and facilitate the processing of positive suggestions (Part 3). The mind/body balance is what we strive for.

Lie back, snuggle up under a cosy blanket, switch off from all distractions and enjoy a hypnotherapeutic relaxation trance to close the class.

There is no magic wand to exam success – but having the knowledge as to why you get anxious and what we can do to overcome it is very powerful. Having simple practical steps you can take to change these pattern of behaviour gets you on the right track. Knowing why changing pattern of behaviour and reducing stress are the key to success and long term change.
