Available online or in person (SW region).

Bring wellbeing to life with interactive, practical workshops - available as Learn-over-lunch, or Half-Day Team Workshops, delivered in-house or online. Each session explores the neuroscience behind stress, resilience, and communication, helping your team understand how the brain works and how to support better mental health and performance every day. Optional group hypnosis / relaxation can be included in these workshops.

A four-week wellbeing programme designed to transform workplace wellbeing, this series explores four powerful themes—control, change, coping and confidence—to support lasting positive change. Each week focuses on practical tools to reduce stress, improve mental clarity, enhance emotional balance and ease anxiety and low mood. By supporting employees to better manage pressure, build resilience and stay focused, the programme helps boost productivity and performance while fostering healthier, happier teams. It’s a proactive approach to wellbeing that helps prevent burnout, especially during high pressure periods, enabling individuals to feel supported, capable and at their best. Available online or in person (SW region).
