As we count down to the close of 2024, it’s natural to reflect on the past year and think about what we want to change in 2025, to make an improvement to our lives.

I had a big year this year, my twin and I turned 50 which is a big milestone and has made me reflect perhaps more than usual; What do I want for me in 2025? What improvements will I look to make?


Many people use the new year as an opportunity to set goals. Whether it’s embracing a healthier lifestyle with Veganuary, quitting smoking or drinking, or simply focusing on becoming a better version of themselves.

-       A lot more outdoor and hill walking as I’m in training for walking a section of the Camino trail in the next 3-5 years’ time.


-       Continue to attend CPD training to be the best hypnotherapist I can be and ensure I’m up to date with my knowledge and training to be the best help for my clients - I’m taking a deep dive into phobia protocols and further training this December.


-       Keep up my gratitude journal and diary.


-       Develop and expand my Relaxation & Wellbeing Classes - new and improved for 2025 at a new venue to be announced.


-       Open a new practice based in Clevedon and operate between both bases in Yatton and Clevedon next year.


-       Keep writing more poetry where and when I can.


-       Continue my new 10 min a day daily weight training workout to build my arms and upper body strength.


Seems like a lot, but they are all achievable goals. I hope this has offered some food for thought for your transformative 2025!
