Classes sizes are small, relaxing and supportive.  You can choose to be as interactive as you want.

 

Hypnotherapy is a combination of Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy. The Psychotherapy in itself is extremely beneficial, and its effects are enhanced by the application of Hypnotherapy, which enables the subconscious mind to make positive changes.

 

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a collaborative process, and it is important to understand that change happens because you want it to.

In March 2025, embark on a transformative four-week journey with Your Best Mind Hypnotherapy, led by solution-focused hypnotherapist Sarah Coward. Designed for adults, this course is tailored to boost self-confidence, reduce anxiety and stress, improve sleep, and help you achieve small, meaningful goals.

Through guided relaxation sessions and meditation, you’ll develop a more positive, future-focused mindset. Experience the profound benefits of guided relaxation and well-being in a supportive group setting.

 

Over these four weeks we’ll be exploring four themes;

  • Control

  • Change

  • Coping

  • & Confidence

...all themes that are intrinsically linked to better mental health wellbeing, and Sarah will be there to guide and support you on a journey towards better mental health relaxation and stress reduction. (You can choose to attend all four classes or just the ones you can).

 

WELLBEING BONUS: Each participant will also be gifted a ‘How to Relax – Relaxation & Wellbeing Workbook’ and receive a digital MP3 file/Relaxation Recording by Sarah Coward, upon booking, that you can use for aiding restful sleep and for your own continued personal use.

These Relaxation & Wellbeing Classes are scheduled for Sunday afternoons at The Studio Space at the prestigious Club & Spa at Congresbury, Bristol BS49 5AD

Time: 3.30pm-4.30pm

 

Every session ends or incorporates a deep relaxation or meditation experience, ensuring you leave feeling calm and rejuvenated, ready for a better night’s sleep and week ahead. By attending, you will benefit from enhanced self-confidence, reduced anxiety, improved happiness, effective stress relief, and a greater sense of empowerment. These sessions are designed to provide you with practical techniques to overcome self-doubt and boost your self-esteem and self-confidence.
